1.2. Introduction
a. This In4MSME Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, describes how the In4MSME application treats the personal information collected when you use our products and services. It forms a binding agreement between you, as an In4MSME user, and us.
b. We treat your personal information with the utmost care and take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your personal information with any third party without your consent. If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy, please contact us at in4msme@nipdb.com. Please note that we do not consider “personal information” to include information that is used to list or advertise your Business,
Company and/or Services.
1.3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MSME Application (referred to as “the In4MSME App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Description of Service
The In4MSME is a Mobile Application designed to connect MSMEs in Namibia with potential clientele or investors. The Application aims to promote the availability, quality, and reliability of domestic suppliers to help local and foreign investors understand local market dynamics.
1.5. Registration
To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to register and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur as a result of your presence on the Database.
1.6. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
a. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Application.
c. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Application.
d. Engaging in any activity that could harm the reputation of the NIPDB and the In4MSME Application.
1.7. Privacy
Our Private Policy governs the use of personal information provided by users. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
1.8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the In4MSME Application and are protected by national laws relevant to intellectual property, including the Industrial Property Act, 2012 (Act No 1 of 2012) and Copyright and Neighboring Rights Protection Act, 1994 (Act No. 6 of 1994).
1.9. Limitation of Liability
The NIPDB and the In4MSME are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Application.
1.10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions and Application
The In4MSME reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Application after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
1.11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia. By using the In4MSME Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from the use of the Application.
