Our fully equipped One-Stop Centre links investors with all essential business agencies, guaranteeing adherence to pertinent policies and legal prerequisites.
We eliminate bureaucratic obstacles, simplifying the process for investors to establish their businesses in Namibia. Due to the nature and scope of NIPDB’s mandate, the Board may, on occasion, be required to recommend service providers to investors.

INVESTOR ONE-STOP CENTRE
The One Stop Centre (OSC) serves as the main contact point for all investors, coordinating and facilitating interactions with relevant government departments involved in regulation, registration, permits, and licensing.
The OSC will reduce and simplify the administrative procedures and guidelines for issuing business approvals, permits, and licences, thereby eliminating the obstacles investors encounter when establishing and operating businesses in Namibia.
The One-Stop Centre offers the following services:
ORGANISATION
ACTIVITY AT THE ONE-STOP CENTRE & APPLICABLE POLICIES
Registration of Defensive name, Private/Public and Close Corporations.
Issuance of various importation permits related to plants and plant products, animal and animal products and phytosanitary certificate (export permits). The registration of immovable properties and real estate rights granted by financial institutions in the country.
Issuing environmental clearance certificates, permits for the utilisation of wildlife and plant species and the issuing of gambling licences among others.
Granting and issuing of visas and permits to foreign nationals, among others.
Issuing of various licences and permits related to Mineral Rights, Diamond and Petroleum activities.
Issuing certificates of clearance, granting of exemption certificates for certain restrictive practices and intellectual property rights. Ensuring that all undertakings doing business in Namibia adhere to compliance with the Act.
